NAR Green REsource Council Class Update

Today we revealed the newest rendition of the Green class. This is the second significant update since the class for REALTORS® was created in 2008 because this is a topic important for professionals, and technology and demand is steadily improving.

Craig Foley is the instructor of this inaugural class. He is a major contributor to this rewrite and one of the best instructors NAR has on this topic. One of the reasons to take a class at the National Conference is that it has the best instructors and attendees are from across the country and represent the best of us.

This update goes deeper in to the building science. But at the core, this is about living up to Article 11 of our Code of Ethics: to be competent in our work! As more and more high-performance, energy-efficient, resource-efficient, green, or rated homes are being built and remodeled are on the market, both selling and buyer agents must be knowledgeable.

So whether you are concerned about your carbon foot print, or the cost of operating your property, or being a better REALTOR®, the updated Green class is fantastic.
