- Go live on Facebook or Instagram: Leverage the power of live video to provide a brief analysis of the local market. You can even engage in a live Q&A with your viewers.
- Host an interview: Consider sitting down with past clients, a local influencer, the neighborhood coffee shop owner, etc. and show your leads you’re a neighborhood pro.
- Highlight your listings: Whether it’s just listed or just sold, consider a video tour showcasing your listings (with seller permission of course!).
