From committee meetings and the Board of Directors, to running in the rain, to teaching classes for the first time at NAR—and more!I’m so proud of our Arizona delegation.
Below is a picture of the Inaugural Gala, where past AAR President Paula Monthofer was sworn in as Region 11 RVP.
And here’s our own Lisa Paffrath graduating with the Leadership Academy:
A note from Monica Schulik, director of Association Relations for AAR:
“It cannot go unsaid the herculean efforts by the Relief Run coordinators to make that event such an amazing success under some seriously challenging circumstances. They realized they would have to get the runners assembled and decided a basement garage would be the best place to keep them dry. For the amount of people, over 800, they moved everyone in an orderly fashion in and out of the garage to the starting line in a short amount of time. As the runners/walkers took off, there were only smiles even though the weather was miserable. As the runners returned, the smiles were still there. Most runners stuck around to welcome their fellow REALTORS® back to the finish line. So much fun and so well organized, so much money raised. Simply an amazing event.”
Attendees were treated to a taste of our amazing instructors as well. Holly Mabery led a fantastic class called “Agent Party Of One: Being Successful, Systemized and Sane,” Evan Fuchs taught “Building your Business With Buyer Consultations,” and Paula Monthofer offered “Phone It In: Mobile Marketing Made Easy.” All were very well received. I wish I could have gone to all three of them!
From Tucson to Phoenix to Yuma to Flagstaff, Arizona REALTORS®—58,000 strong—can be very proud of their representation in Boston. We got a lot of work done but we sure aren’t finished!
